Dr. Ali experienced the power of chiropractic after being involved in a traumatic rollover car accident at age 16. After multiple allopathic methods of care proved to be of no benefit, it was chiropractic care that restored true health to Dr. Ali at such a young age. As the great pioneer of chiropractic BJ Palmer once said: “The power that made the body has the power to heal the body.” She embodied this belief system early on and cultivated a passion for sharing this message, through her work and life. Dr. Ali’s early experience in Massage Therapy opened her interests to energy medicine, meditation and somatic healing. Dr. Ali is incredibly passionate about working with the body to heal the body and is grateful for the opportunity to support and improve the health and wellness consciousness of the community she serves. Her mission is to remind patients they have a choice in their health care and Chiropractic medicine gives her the opportunity to guide patients towards making their best health decisions every single day. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis Minnesota. As a result of her combined training Dr. Ali’s work is informed and guided by the principles of intention, intuition, and an artistic and interconnected view of the body. She has over 10 years of practicing as a board-certified Chiropractor in California, working with newborns to seniors. In her early career she had the privilege of working alongside top Medical Doctors, Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist in some of the most successful physical medicine practices in southern California. She attributes this one of a kind experience to her ability to adapt, be inventive and integrative. Dr. Ali has come to have a great appreciation for mind-body medicine and the powerful energy field of healing. She believes chiropractic care is essential in all stages of life and is an advocate for bringing a balanced, wholistic approach to care, while implementing resources to work as a team to create lasting changes that are true to her patient’s lives. Being present with and showing up as an encouraging alley for patients as they discover the magical and inspiring moments of learning to be in and with their body as sustainable changes are created through the work of chiropractic is a gift and blessing to Dr. Ali; all in collaboration and honoring the innate healing of the human body. Dr. Ali loves the outdoors and especially enjoys getting out on hikes, being by the ocean and walking her neighborhood. She enjoys spending time with her family, her adorable Boston Terrier Teddy, and has a passion for exploring the open road and seeking out new adventures. She has a devoted daily wellness practice which contributes to her own health journey towards living a healthy, happy and joy-filled life.
